GBA - Gunstar Super Heroes
Sega and Treasure invite players to enter the intense, action-shooter world of GUNSTAR SUPER HEROES. This Game Boy Advance game is a sequel to the 90's game GUNSTAR HEROES and brings back much of the same feel and style as the original. GUNSTAR SUPER HEROES picks up several years after the original game. The God of Ruin was defeated, but his defeat caused the moon to be shattered into four pieces. Now, an evil empire desires to resurrect the God of Ruin using a mysterious artifact. Now it's up to the GUNSTAR SUPER HEROES to stop them. Players get to chose between playing as Red or Blue. Both have some similarities, but the main difference is their weapon. Characters can carry three weapons, and Red and Blue have two in common. Their third weapon, however, is unique. Red has a machine gun that fires rapid energy balls, while Blue replies on a weapon that fires a beam of electricity. The story also changes slightly depending on which character players select. In addition to the three different weapons that players can switch between, both characters have a sword and a number of hand-to-hand attacks for close range combat. Both can also slide, jump off walls, and perform several other moves to make it through all six levels of the side-scrolling adventure. While many gamers may not remember the original GUNSTAR HEROES, they won't be able to forget the fun, action, and great gameplay of GUNSTAR SUPER HEROES. Copyright (C) Muze Inc. 2005.
